Since Eduardo worked in textiles, he must have learnt many things about business ranging from production to supply chain, selling, and purchasing. Through textile business, he was able to feed his family and was also able to emulate hard earner and dedication to his children.

It would only take thirty years before Eduardo needed to put his business skills into practice for his son, Mauricio who then franchised his own chain of pizza businesses in a distinct niche. Three years later in 1956, Eduardo’s influence was at its peak, which had equally affected the textiles industry though his operations were mainly major on textiles.

His knowledge in business matters and social contacts would later on become of help to him when helping his son to establish himself in the real estate business.

In the real estate business, he became a public figure with the assistance of his wife, Kyle Richards, joining the cast of “the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”.
