Trunnis Goggins died in 2013, and he was given a peaceful sendoff by his family. While Trunnis was a father to two sons, he was a bad influence in their early lives. He subjected his family to physical abuse which caused trauma to his sons.

David Goggins is a motivational speaker who has come into the limelight because of his sports activities. David is Trunnis Goggins’ son, and he was born on February 17, 1975. He spent his early life in Williamsville, New York, on a street that consisted of white people.
While David’s father was the owner of Skateland, he has described his childhood as hell on earth. He began working in the family business which was located in East Buffalo, New York at the age of six, taking a night shift.
Due to a lot of abuse that David’s mother was enduring, she left her husband and moved with her sons to Brazil, Indiana. He enrolled in a small catholic school and enrolled in second grade. Meanwhile, his brother moved back to New York to live with his father.
Goggins was diagnosed with a learning disability when he was in third grade, due to lack of schooling. Also, he was suffering from toxic stress because of the child abuse he suffered during his early years in Buffalo.
David Goggins experienced mistreatment in school, but that did not prevent him from pursuing more in life. Goggins’ father had served in the Air Force, and he encouraged him to attend.
